Alright everybody, buckle up. Here it is. Literally the most delicious banana bread recipe ever created. Source: myself (an expert in the field).
Ingredients
- 380 g / 3 very ripe medium bananas, mashed
- 125 g / 0.5 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 110 g / 0.5 cups oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp diamond crystal salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 280 g / 1.75 cups flour
- 60 g / 0.5 cups walnuts
- 60 g / 0.5 cups cacao nibs
Steps
Combine drys, wets (flour last).
Bake at 350 for 55-65 mins.
Pull when cake tester comes out clean.
